What is the standard shipping time for UK orders?
We typically process orders within 24 hours. Standard shipping via Royal Mail or DPD usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive at your door.
Do you offer professional skateboard assembly?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, just leave a note at checkout and our experts will build it for you free of charge.
What is your return policy for skate hardware?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. Please note that we cannot accept returns on decks that have been gripped or assembled.
Do you ship skateboard equipment internationally?
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, 8.0" to 8.25" is a great versatile starting point. Check our online Sizing Guide for a detailed breakdown based on shoe size and skating style.
Are the products on your site the same as in your Cardiff shop?
