Returns & Exchanges

At Cardiff Skateboard Club, we want you to be stoked with your gear, but if something isn't right, you can return your unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all hardware, decks, and apparel remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box; skateboards must be un-skated and grip tape must be unapplied for a valid return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred tracked courier to send the package back to our Cardiff warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days to your original payment method.
